Please note:
Board Games often come in and out of print and at times made with new materials, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these this and inform you the customer of changes, the Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations however. We will reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.



What do I do if there were missing pieces in the game?

If pieces are missing, please contact the manufacturer of the game and they will send you the missing pieces for free. We do not make any board games and thus do not have any replacement parts.

How much does it cost to ship?


*Shipping will be based upon your order and shipping method. We do offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $99.00. Please see our shipping policies for more detailed information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please note international orders are only shipped out every Monday and Thursday during the regular season. During our holiday season (November and December) those days are subject to change. See checkout page for shipping rates for your country and our shipping policies for more detailed information. 



Can I get a tracking number for my order?


Tracking information is sent automatically so please check your bulk/spam before emailing, however, we can email you tracking numbers if you do not receive one. Please email your request with your order number to support@boardgames.com 


What is your Return Policy?


You may return an unopened game(s) within 7 days of delivery and will receive the full amount of the game back minus the shipping cost.  You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the game(s) back to us.  All of our games are brand new, never having been opened.


Can I exchange a game?

We can help you exchange a game as long as the original game is unopened. You will be responsible for shipping the game back and the shipping fee for the requested game. When sending in exchanges please provide your full name and order number as well as the game you would like to exchange for. You will be credited the amount of the original game against the new order and either be charged for the excess or reimbursed the extra.

When will a game come back in stock?

We are constantly restocking items, so you can check back daily to see if a game is available. If an item is not back in stock within two week it may be between two to six months for the manufacturer to print more. Once we get it in we will update our site. If we have any information on when the game will be available again we will put that information in the description section.
