General Shipping Information
Orders are currently being proccessed in 1 to 4 business days. We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We are closed for Federal Holidays as well.
If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping for gifts etc.).
We are on of the worlds largest online retailer of Board Games and we ship internationally. If you have a question if we ship to your area please CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We also reserve the right to not ship to a location if we deem that the order could be a fraudulent or misplace order.

Shipping in the USA
Standard shipping within the USA
Standard shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $5.95 to $10.95 depending on the weight of your package. If you order amount exceeds $89 standard ground shipping is FREE no matter how much you purchase.
We offer FedEx, UPS, and USPS options for delivery. However we reserve the right to ship through the preferred carrier of our choice. Well what does that mean for the customer? You just have to let us know when you need your package and we will worry about making sure the right guy gets it to your door on time.
Delivery time (once an item is dispatched) varies. Typical UPS and FedEx delivery times are 2-6 days (see the delivery chart below). Typical USPS delivery time is between 2-4 days. Delivery outside the continental USA will be done via USPS and generally takes longer (i.e. to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc).
Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS and FexEx) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 24 hours from purchase but can take up to 4 days. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company.
Expedited shipping within the USA
If you're in a hurry you can purchase Expedited shipping. Expedited orders are given full precedence (from processing to shipping) and in most cases you will receive your order within 3 business days or less (items must be ordered by 2:00pm MST to ship the same day they are ordered).
Again we offer FedEx, UPS, and USPS options for expedited delivery. However we reserve the right to ship through the preferred carrier of our choice. Well what does that mean for the customer? You just have to let us know when you need your package and we will worry about making sure the right guy gets it to your door on time.
Please Note: Some over-sized items cannot be ship via expedited services. If your order is too large to ship via out expedited services we will refund the shipping difference and send your order via standard shipping unless we have explicit instructions otherwise.
We offer two day shipping via UPS and FedEx for $29.99 (this is a flat rate shipping cost). Delivery is usually 2 business days or less. This option is not available outside the continental USA.
We also offer two day shipping via USPS for $17.00 (plus an additional $6.00 per item after 2 items). Delivery is Usually 2 business days or less. This option is available outside the continental USA, but times may be longer than stated.
Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS and FedEx) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 24 hours from purchase or same day on expedited orders if ordered by 2:00pm MST. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company. Expedited shipments can require a signature if indicated in the comments section at checkout.
Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.
We support our troops! If you order is going to an APO or FPO address (or any military base) you write "ARMED FORCES" in the notes at checkout and we'll refund your shipping.
