Description"De Specialisten van Catan" (Catan's Specialists) is a separately sold expansion for The Settlers of Catan. It also needs Catan: Seafarers. Players build their villages on small islands with only a limit number of resources available. None of the starting islands provide sheep. The specialist trade ports gain importance. Additionally players can become specialist in one or more of the resources gaining additional victory points and free resource cards each turn.
