    Description

Based on the award-winning Traverse game, this one features not wooden shapes but 4 different dinosaurs on 4 differently shaped bases. Same objective as Traverse - get your pieces to the other side (or "trek across the prehistoric landscape"). Tyrannosaurus = triangle with three-direction move. Velociraptor = diamond, moves diagonally. Triceritops = square, moves orthogonally. Stegosaurus = round, moves like chess queen. The board features lava pits and water slides. Easy version for ages six and up. Advanced version also, plus variants like Stampede, Water Slide, Hot Lava and Lava Luck. "For extra excitement, try combining the rules for two or more variations."
