    Description

Dossier is a head to head spy game of stealth and deduction
Dossier (daa·see·ei) is a head to head game where you play as a spy trying to collect intel. The first player to collect 3 case of intel or successfully assassinate the enemy spy to win.

There are 16 spy cards laid out face up (in a 4x4 grid), there are 5 intel brief cases spread out between them. Each player is given a card (facedown) that matches one of the 16 cards in front of both players. These are their spies for this game. Each player takes turns moving through the crowd, collecting intel briefcases and trying to deduce who their counterpart's spy is. The first player to either collect 3 briefcases or successfully assassinate their opponent wins.

This is a mint tin game, with simple to teach rules, quick games, where the more you play, the deeper the strategy gets.

On your turn, you can complete 1 of 3 actions.

    1. Switch ANY two adjacent spy cards on the grid. Your spy does not have to be either of the two spies that are switched.

    2. Pick Up Intel: If your spy is next to an intel briefcase, you can pick it up & place it in front of you. Be aware that now the other player can deduce that you are 1 of the 4 spies next to the Intel Briefcase.

    3. Assassinate: If you are confident that you know who the enemy player’s spy is, you can attempt to assassinate them. To do this, you simply announce that you want to attempt to assassinate a spy. Pull the card from the grid you want to assassinate. The enemy player then reveals their facedown Green Falcon Card. If it is a match you win! If it is not a match, your assassination failed and you lose the game. So be sure that you know who they are before assassinating them!
