DescriptionUser summary: Dreamstarter is a simultaneous action selection investment card game. Players have a hand of money cards numbered between 0 and 12. Each round, a venture card is drawn with a specific difficulty. Each player invests a hidden amount, which is then turned up, and dice rolled to see if the venture succeeds, with a higher probability if enough people invested. If the venture succeeds, each investor gains a certain amoung of VP. It takes one round for the used investment cards to return to the hand of the players, and even longer if the venture failed.
