    Description

Fest im Sattel is a simple horse-themed roll-and-move game for children. It comes in a tin box whose lid is used as a board. The board shows a racecourse (shaped like an eight placed inside/onto an oval, with an extra circle inside one of the halves of the eight). Each player puts his/her horse token on the start space. Players take turns rolling the six-sided number die. If you roll a 1, 2 or three, you move your horse forward the corresponding number of spaces. Occupied spaces don't count, you just jump over them. If you roll a -1, you have to go back one space. Horses directly behind have to go back too. If you land on one of the special fields, you have to take a detour or lose a turn.

The player whose horse is the first to reach the finish line wins the game.
