    Description

GNAM is an educational game for children in primary and secondary school, with the goal to help them develop correct food habits. The game is based on a deck of food/water cards, each of them showing nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, liquid) and a symbol to specify when the food is usually consumed during the day.
Players draft 6 food cards, trying to collect 2 of them for each of the daily meals (breakfast-lunch-dinner).
A player who collects too few liquids cannot win; the other players check whether they have eaten too many (or too few) nutrients. The most balanced diet wins the game!
