    Description

    The players have to move their playing pieces (1 hat, 8 hatstones, 4 cones) into the starting positions of their opponent and back again to their own starting positions.

    • The hats move 1 space along their predrawn path.
    • The hatstones move 1 space straight in any direction.
    • The cones move any spaces diagonaly in any direction.
    • Hatstones and cones may jump diagonaly over an opponent hatstone any number of spaces away.
    If an opponent hatstone blocks the movement of a hat, the player may roll a die. On the roll of a
    • 1 or 6 the hat jumps on top of the hatstone,
    • 2 or 4 the hat jumps over the hatstone and, if applicable, on top of a second headstone,
    • 3 or 5 the hat has to use the detour (dashed line), if one branches off from the space it occupies.
