    Description

It's Complicated is an obtuse game for 2 players that includes parts of chess, poker, snakes & ladders, resource collection, dice rolling, worker placement, and more! It intentionally takes longer to explain than to play.

Players roll dice, use the dice through worker placement to take actions in each of 4 sectors. There are 4 ways to win, but most often winning depends on the control of the four sections: Warfare/Chess, Politics/Poker, Science/Snakes & Ladders, and Economics/Resource Collection.

The board-game-in-a-poster edition of the game includes all components, even papercraft dice and chess pieces, in one 18x24 inch poster.
