DescriptionMise en Place: The Culinary Knowledge Game is a fun and educational game designed to be played by up to six players or teams. Players are immersed in a restaurant environment where they encounter nearly 1200 questions based on culinary terms and concepts. Players begin as entry-level employees and are prompted to answer questions in each of the six certification areas in order to be promoted to Apprentice, Sous Chef, and finally to Executive Chef to win the game. Along the path to promotion, players encounter tally it up questions on measurements, recipe conversions, and the use of fractions and percentages.
