From the box:

"Become a Eskimo and go to fish in the open ice. Run to your igloo when you have you food, if you are the first you won. But beware the blizzard and the polar bear, it's very hungry and if catch you they'll eat all your fishes."

Each player in turns takes the dice and roll it and move his token the number of spaces showed in the dice. But if the die show a bear icon, you roll the bear dice and apply it's effects
