When you choose this leader, activate your worker(s) as per the normal rule. Then, immediately score the zone of power of your choice. Each worker in that zone grants his owner 1 VP. No workers may cascade; they stay in place (and will be scored again at the end of the century). This leader has no other effect for the rest of the century.
