    Description

The sun shines brightly in a clear sky as a fragrant breeze wafts from the southeast. One gull calls to another, and they argue with each other as the surf gently laps over their webbed feet. The waves tease your hearing as the clean fresh ocean scent overwhelms you. It is a beautiful day for a regatta.

Sailboat Regatta is a race game where each player controls a number of boats and tries to be the first one to complete one lap around the course, fighting or taking advantage of the wind and trying not to get blanketed by other players. The game can be compared to Backgammon or Parcheesi, but with an added tactical dimension thanks to the turning mechanic and the wind.
