Promo01 Buccaneer (dive or build): Choose a location that has one of your opponent's ships and resolve the location effect
Promo02 Pillager (dive or build): Take any 2 resources from the supply
Promo03 Taskmaster (build): After you complete a build action, take another build action immediately
Promo04 Freebooter (build): When you take the build action, resolve the locations effect a second time

All of the these cards also say: Do not exhaust after use. Give it to your opponent instead.
