This is the "Charity" promo card for the game Seven Sisters.

In game use:

Players may replace up to 4 wild cards with the Charity promo card. On their turn, instead of playing a card to normally influence one of the sisters, they may instead play a Charity card and take either 2 gold or 2 fruit from the supply.
