    The Manhattan Project: Energy Empire – Mexico is a promotional card for The Manhattan Project: Energy Empire, originally intended for retailers. It was also made available as a stretch reward for Kickstarter backers of Manhattan Project 2: Minutes to Midnight.

    Whoever chooses to play Mexico at the start receives 3 oil, 1 plastic and 1 steel. To move up 1 space on the United Nations track, the player will need to give up 1 oil and 1 plastic.
