    Description

Uncommon Valor is the first in a three-module series depicting the Battle of Iwo Jima. The game re-creates the confrontation at Motoyama Airfield #2, a war waged with the most vicious weapons available to the combatants, including flame-throwing ‘Zippo’ Shermans and Japanese heavy artillery. Eight scenarios and a campaign game are included, along with special rules to take the gamer back in time to the contested...and critical, airfield on the hellish island of Iwo Jima.
