    Description

Vanguard: Men At Arms is a set of miniatures wargame rules aimed at gaming small scale skirmish actions between the 12th and 15th Century.

Players can control a dozen or more soldiers in fast and bloody clashes with their opponent as they try to raid, ravage and wreak havoc in enemy territory.

Each figure on the table represents 2-5 men, with a ground scale of 5 yards to the inch. Therefore a game between two forces of twenty men on a 6' x 4' table will represent about 70 soldiers per side fighting across an area about a quarter of a mile across.
