    Description

In this free print-and-play game, you'll try to complete your city with walls, roads, and buildings. By turning wheels, you can form links that provide resources and developments or allow you to steal from the other player. If you're not careful, though, you may help your opponent or suffer disaster.

Wheels of Time is a short development game that uses a spatial mechanism. With just four printable wheels, one six-sided die, and a pencil and paper (or the optional player aids), it is quick and easy to put together. Options are included for both solitaire and 2-player games.
