From the publisher's description:

In the heart of a dark dungeon the Lich waits, pacing the floor around its treasure. Just outside the chamber door the Witch takes a deep breath of the stale air. This is the climax of the story, the last battle.

The Wicked might triumph, retrieving the Elixir needed to control the moon. The Dead might triumph, collecting the final soul needed to break his chains.

An 8-page 5.5" x 8.5" booklet. You need dice and coins, as well as the map on the back of the booklet, to play.
