    Fierce Battle! Rommel's Corps is one of "40 Series". 40 Series is simulation games having the concept of "using 40 playing pieces and taking 40 minutes to finish".

    The theme of Fierce Battle! Rommel's Corps is "Operation Crusader" launched from 18 November 1941 by the British Eighth Army. In this operation, British Army succeeded in the raising of the siege of Tobruk that had been besieged by the Axis Army.
    One person commands the British Army, the other person the Axis Army.
